This page explains what happens when you join the Best Jammies launch list. We keep it short, on purpose.
What we collect
When you join our list, we collect the email address you provide, the date and time you gave consent, and the IP address associated with that signup, which we keep with your consent record.
Why we collect it
We use this information to send you launch updates, invite you into new collections when they arrive, and share occasional news from Best Jammies. We do not use it for anything else, and joining the list does not create a shopping account.
Who processes it
Your information is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database, and our emails are delivered through Resend; each processes it under its own privacy policy. If we run campaigns through Klaviyo, it processes your address under its privacy policy too. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe, and it takes effect right away. You can also write to us at hello@bestjammies.com to unsubscribe or to ask us to delete your information entirely.
Your rights
If you are in Canada, this list operates under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): we collect and use your email only with your express consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion.
